Our homes are built by Pine Grove Homes in Pennsylvania, a family-owned builder that has been putting out well-built manufactured and modular homes for decades. Before we signed on, we drove down and walked the factory floor ourselves. What sold us was the quality of the construction, the attention to detail, and the pride their crew takes in every home they build. Their homes are Energy Star certified, which keeps heating bills down through the Maine winter.

Bryan and Steve Kenney on the lotBaxter Homes was started by brothers Steve and Bryan Kenney, both Maine natives who live and work in the Lewiston-Auburn community. We come from a real estate background, and over the years we have seen a lot of good people get priced out of the housing market here. Manufactured homes are one of the best ways to change that, and we wanted to offer them the right way.
We opened the lot on Sabattus Street to give people a local place to see quality homes in person, ask questions, and get a straight answer. Our focus is simple: take care of our customers, make the process easy from the first visit to move-in day, and get more Mainers into homes they can afford.
